Within the warranty period, our team comes back and fixes it until you are satisfied and everything is as it should be. No arguments, no charge for warranty work.
Clear timelines, counted from the date of installation.
Alignment, hinges, drawer runners, fitting and finishing — anything not right, we come back and fix it free within the first year.
Cabinet body and fabrication defects — delaminating board or loose joints not caused by misuse. We repair or replace the affected part.
Aluminium cabinets are waterproof, termite proof and rust proof — so we back their structure for a full 10 years.
Doors that sit slightly crooked, uneven gaps between doors, panels that don't sit flush — we re-align them properly.
Soft closing hinges that don't close smoothly, loose handles, drawer runners that stick — we adjust or replace them.
Any defect in our fabrication or installation work — edging, fitting, finishing — we make it right.
Not covered: damage caused by accidents, misuse, modifications by other contractors, or normal wear from daily use over time. When in doubt, just send us a photo — we'll tell you honestly whether it's a warranty fix.
