We collect only what we need to build and install your cabinet — and we never sell your information to anyone. Here's exactly what we collect and why.
When you contact us through the WhatsApp form on this site, we receive the details you provide: your name, address, and the cabinet type you are interested in. During measurement and ordering, we also collect your phone number, kitchen measurements, and payment records needed to complete your project.
Your information is used for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry, prepare your quotation, fabricate your cabinet, and deliver, install and provide warranty service for it. We may contact you on WhatsApp or by phone about your own order or enquiry.
This site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement (cookies) to understand how visitors use our pages and whether our advertising works — for example, counting when someone submits our WhatsApp form. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. You can block cookies in your browser settings at any time.
We sometimes photograph completed installations for our gallery and social media. These photos show the cabinet work only — never your address, family, or personal belongings — and if you prefer your project not to be featured, just tell us and we will not use it.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Your details are only shared where necessary to complete your project — for example with our own installation team — and with service providers like Google for the analytics described above.
We keep your order records for as long as your warranty is active (up to 10 years for Aluminium Euro Series structural warranty), so that we can honour warranty claims. Enquiries that do not become orders are not kept longer than needed.
Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you may ask us what personal data we hold about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete data we no longer need. Just message us on WhatsApp and we will respond.
