These terms apply when you order a custom cabinet from Kabinet Dapur Minimal. We've written them in plain language — if anything is unclear, just ask us on WhatsApp before you order.
Quotations are prepared after a free site measurement and are all-in: fabrication, delivery and installation included. The quoted price is locked — nothing is added later. Your order is confirmed once the 70% deposit is received.
Payment is in two parts: a 70% deposit to confirm your order, and the 30% balance payable after installation is complete. We accept payment by bank transfer; payment details are provided with your quotation.
Fabrication at our Puncak Alam factory usually begins within 1 working day of order confirmation. Your estimated installation date is given at confirmation; we will keep you updated if anything changes.
We deliver and install across Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Negeri Sembilan using our own team. Please ensure the installation area is accessible and cleared on the agreed date; if our team cannot access the site, we will reschedule with you.
Refunds follow the stage of work — full deposit refund before fabrication begins, credit conversion after fabrication starts, and warranty coverage after installation. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.
Every installation is covered by our warranty: 1 year workmanship, 5 years structural on all cabinets, and 10 years structural on the Aluminium Euro Series, counted from the installation date. Full details are on our Warranty page.
Promotional prices are valid only within the stated promotion period and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated. The price locked in your quotation is honoured even if a promotion ends before your installation.
Actual board colours and grain may differ slightly from photos and screens due to lighting and manufacturing batches. We show you physical samples during measurement so you can confirm before fabrication.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Malaysian consumer protection law. If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest continues to apply.
